 half w.a lobster mornay - fresh lobster covered in bechamel sauce and grilled till golden brown.  served with sweet potato chips and fresh green salad.

FUNCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT

A $250 deposit is required to secure your booking - it is a non-refundable deposit. This amount is the deducted from your food bill.

FOOD

menus - see menu section for choices. Food choices required 7 days before function.
guest numbers - Final guest numbers required 7 days before function.
food payment - Final payment for food required 7 days before function. Payment is non-refundable.
cake - Cakes can be ordered. Please enquire about price and varieties. A cutting fee of $3 per person is applicable if you bring your own cake. No other food can be brought into the hotel for consumption.

BEVERAGE

A bar tab, pay as you go or beverage packages can be arranged. NO beverage can be brought into the hotel for consumption. Advanced beverage payment (full payment or deposit) is non-refundable 3 days prior to function.

PRICES

Prices are based on current day costs and while the Hotel reserves the right to increase prices without notice, you would be notified of any amendments to costs.

DRESS REGULATIONS

The hotel maintains a strict dress code and management reserves the right to reuse entry.

MINORS

The attendance at any function of persons under the age of 18 years is subject to individual discussion and approval. Management must be notified before the function commences of minors being present at a function.

LIABILITY

As the host of a function at Plumpton you are financially responsible for any damage sustained to the hotel premises or equipment during your function. The hotel will not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left in the hotel before, during or after the function.

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL

The Plumpton hotel practices responsible service of alcohol are required by the NSW liquor act. We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to patrons and to ask patrons to leave the premise who we deem to be intoxicated – this is the law.
